Bookings

A booking is a request for transport which we accept by allocating a driver. Quoted fares are estimates based on the most likely route; the final fare is calculated on the Fife Council regulated meter unless a fixed price has been agreed in advance (for example, airport transfers).

Fares and payment

Fares follow the tariff set by Fife Council. Higher night-time and holiday tariffs apply at the relevant times. You may pay by cash to the driver or securely by card. Card payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancellations

You may cancel free of charge up until a driver is dispatched to you. A cancellation charge may apply once a driver is en route, to cover the driver's time.

Conduct

We ask all passengers to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Soiling charges may apply. We reserve the right to refuse carriage where safety or behaviour is a concern.

Liability

We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Lost property

Found items are logged and held at our office. Contact us on 07715 591755 to arrange collection.
